Babydoll Denim Peplum Top~ The Wallflower Shop

Going to dedicate one whole post on The Wallflower Shop's Babydoll denim peplum top because I love it soooo much!!

And I miss Taiwan so much too :'( Wore this top when I was in Yilan~ Sigh, I totally miss hanging out with this bunch of friends. We see each other everyday when I was there and I never got sick of them!



I was really really tanned just 2 months ago... I was in the sun for at least 2 hours everyday in Kaohsiung, but don't get me wrong, I love being under the sun :D





The cut is so flattering and I just love the back zip details <333

Its made up of light denim material and the good thing is you don't feel hot wearing it !

The Bravery Cafe

Met up with my first 3 months classmates today! Although I have been meeting up with Sze ying and Yiquan all the time, I haven't seen my dear friend, Yiling for 6 years! I was totally excited when she arranged a meeting for us:D

We met up at "The Bravery" cafe which it's going to be easy getting lost as the place is a construction area and there was no signboard for the cafe! It looked rather run-down from afar and I couldn't tell it was that place until my friends were very sure it was. We couldn't see the entrance to the cafe until we saw a sign that was written something like "entrance at the golden-coloured door". Yes, it was that ulu.

Don't be deceived by the outside look, the inside was well decorated, clean and air-conditioned.

We met early for brunch!

The food was not-that-fantastic but it was very reasonably priced, with no GST and service charge.

What I will definitely come back for!!!



I really LOVE the coffee here! I am definitely not a coffee person but it was the first time I finished the whole coffee by myself. Will go back for their coffee again :D

I enjoyed my saturday noon relaxing in a cafe and chatting with the girls. More to come next time ;)

Max Brenner

ALOHA! I was too busy to update my blog nowadays :( I can't wait for holidays to come!! Waiting for my trip in Dec and Jan alr!!

I spent one of the weekends at my favourite Chocolate Bar- Max Brenner. I love their waffles so much that I travelled all the way just for max brenner!







My outfit for the day, an upcoming dress from The Wallflower Shop and I really love this dress to bits because the material is so good and the prints are so beautiful!! I knew I had to get this dress when I saw it for the first time! #nofilter



The back details are just so awesome !! I really love the v shape details and you can wear it in front or at the back! The dress will be launched this coming weekend! Stay tuned :D

Marche

I am so in love with this Prim Rose Dress that I have to snap a few photos of it! I love the loud prints and you can either wear it as a shift dress or for me, with a belt.





I paired it with my new heels I got from Ninewest and it's like the most expensive shoe or heel that I bought so far!! And I really regret it because it was really painful D: Had a few blisters and like 4 plasters on my toes :'(





Oh well.. But it's pretty.. I can probably wear on days when I drive and when minimal walking is needed :P If not it will be too wasteful :(

Went to Marche because I was craving for rosti so badly and... Marche has the BEST rosti! :D



Had Spanish Paella Pan as well and it tasted goood! Now I understand why my friends will complain about them getting fat when they go Europe!!



Wanted to try the Savoury Crepe but there was a long queue, so I tried their sweet crepe at the dessert stall~ In conclusion, everything I have eaten there was so good! I am thinking of going back every week if my wallet allows me to hehe.

Coastal Settlement

TGIF! I can't complain enough how much work we have to do in NIE and it is only the beginning!! There's endless deadlines to be met and tasks to complete every other day D: Sigh sigh.

Although weekends are going to be spent on cooping at home and completing assignments, I am still glad that at least I have my own personal time. I don't have to spend the whole day in school (usually more than 8 hours) and I can squeeze a bit of time to eat my favourite food:)

Went to Coastal Settlement after my friend's recommendation. Had to wait for half an hour for my food!



My prawn Aglio Olio but not my kind of Aglio Olio~ I prefer it to cook with olive oil and garlic!



The fish&chips was not bad. Fish was very fresh but other than that, not that fantastic.



I think their waffles was the BOMB! The waffles tasted really nice with the dark chocolate ice-cream. YUMYUM, desserts never fail to cheer me up ;)



#OOTD ~ It is a skort and I love the prints on it!

This is taken by myself!! My mother was so busy making mooncakes that she doesn't have the time to help me take so I had to self-take. Not bad right? :P

It is a pair of Skorts and it really looks like an old-school kind of skirt. I love wearing skorts because it is not very informal and it helps when I have a lot of stairs to climb in NIE haha!

Kith Cafe

One of the afternoons was spent in Kith Cafe and I have always wanted to try their brunch and their much-raved coffee!

However I ended up ordering a plate of Aglio Olio while Alf tried their brunch! It doesn't really matter because we would always share our food :)



This plate of Aglio Olio tasted better than it seems and they are very generous with their portion. I love their mushrooms and they have cooked it with a lot of garlic!! Big fan of garlic although it makes your mouth stink after that haha.

Big Breakfast :D Although it's like a super late lunch!





Their sausage and mushroom are really awesome!! The portion is good for girls but I think guys might be a lil hungry after that?

AND AND, we have to order their coffee because Alf is a coffee lover. We ordered Espresso and I think it was a wrong choice, not because it wasn't nice but we would prefer to have a sweeter cup of Latte or Cappuccino :p And we didn't know their Espresso was served as a 'shot'.
